Hello
My name is a Paul Thurston and I’m a freelance service design and social innovation consultant based in Cardiff, South Wales.

For the past five years I have been head of design at the UK’s leading social innovation & design agency thinkpublic. During this time I have consulted for organisations such as The NHS Institute
for Innovation & Improvement, NESTA, The Department of Health, The Design Council and The Qualifications & Curriculum Development Authority on service design methods and approaches, social innovation and marketing & communications.
